I love making gift wrapping to match the theme of a Birthday Party, Baby Shower or the Baby's Room. This one turned out so adorable! The mom even used some of gift wrap decorations afterwards to decorate her sons room. I love that!
If you would like to make these with your Cricut, you can find them on Cricut Design Space on my Cricut Profile Page. They are ready to make or edit as you like. Enjoy!
I like to pick a few coordinating gift wrapping papers to start and then use the colors from the paper to create my designs.
These gift wrap decorations could easily be used as gift tags! They are also perfect for when you need to mail a gift and don't want to have bows that get crushed. Because they are flat it is easier to pack for shipping.
Tulle is one of my favorite things to use on gift wrapping. This time I even used it for the water coming out of the whale and glued hearts on it. So cute!
I like to use black pen to add details on the decorations. Googly Eyes are another great detail I like to use.
Jewels are great for this little fishy. I used a paper crimper for his fins.
Cute added details like the buttons on the boat add dimension and a special touch. The blue tulle was perfect to tie under the boat as water.
I added a lot of detail and dimension to the seahorse by layering the seaweed around it and a little starfish buddy too. Jewels, googly eyes and using a paper crimper really added the finish touch.
For the Sailboat I used foam tape to add curves and a 3D look. A little ribbon, black pen for drawing the lines and a red jewel star for even more cuteness.
I really love to take a simple cutout shape and add details to make it extra special. Little details can make all the difference!
Your gift wrapping is a gift on its own! I love everything you make! 😍
